There’s a cafe along the Great North road just before you reach the former mining town of Kabwe, Zambia, that has made a name for themselves. It’s called The Fig Tree Cafe and it is now well known by travelers and locals alike for their home made burgers, wraps, delicious cakes and, not to forget, their cappuccinos. I usually use any excuse to pass for a meal or just a coffee break in their lush garden, but this time I came for an assignment. They needed to up date their web page and I was asked to do the photography. Here’s a sneak peak and you will soon be able to see more on their web page with The Best of Zambia.
